Arrivals are from 3 pm.
Departures until 11am.
Cancellations: In case of no show or cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, we will charge you the value of one night's stay. In case of no show, without news from you, we will give the rooms reserved for sale the morning after the expected date of arrival.
Reservation Guarantee: A deposit or credit card number valid on the date of your stay is required to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to make a pre-authorization request to verify the validity of credit cards. Advance payment will be requested from any customer who can not provide a valid card guarantee.
Nuisances: Any behavior or noise nuisance likely to affect the smooth running of the quiet stay of our customers is prohibited.
Smoking area: The hotel is a non-smoking area. The anti-smoking law is a public health law, which protects the health of employees in companies. It is forbidden to smoke, even open window, in the rooms, these being their place of work. In case of non respect, the restoration of the room will be invoiced
Reconditioning of the room (smells of tobacco, animals ...): 1 night + 50 €
Pets: Well-behaved and clean pets are welcome at the hotel. Pets are not allowed whose behavior is detrimental to the smooth running of the quiet stay of our guests. Animals should never be left alone in the room. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by his animals. If the condition of the room at the departure of the customer does not allow us to re-let it (odors, hair ...) its refurbishment will be invoiced at the tariff stated above.
